Course Description:
This comprehensive CE course is designed for general dentists looking to elevate their endodontic skills using modern, evidence-based techniques and technology. Emphasizing conservative endodontics, advanced diagnostics, and predictable outcomes, the course walks participants through the full scope of endodontic therapy—from diagnosis and treatment planning to shaping, cleaning, and obturation. Attendees will learn to integrate cutting-edge tools such as CBCT imaging, laser-assisted irrigation, and bioceramic sealers, along with Brasseler’s Sequence CM and latest VT Scout file systems. By focusing on conservative strategies, the course will empower clinicians to enhance efficiency, preserve tooth structure, and improve long-term prognosis.
Course Objectives:
- Accurately diagnose pulpal and periapical pathosis using clinical data and CBCT imaging.
- Formulate evidence-based treatment plans that balance patient needs with tooth conservation.
- Perform conservative access and glide path creation using Sequence SM and VT Scout instruments.
- Apply effective shaping and cleaning protocols that prioritize safety and efficiency.
- Utilize laser-assisted irrigation techniques (e.g., SWEEPS or Photon Induced Photoacoustic Streaming) to maximize disinfection.
- Achieve a three-dimensional, biocompatible seal using BC Sealer and modern obturation techniques.
- Understand the clinical rationale for adopting a technology-integrated workflow in daily practice.
