Endodontists increasingly rely on CBCT imaging to diagnose complex
pathology, identify missed anatomy, and guide treatment planning. However, access to 3D imaging alone does not guarantee better diagnostic outcomes.

One of the greatest limitations in CBCT interpretation is often not image quality but human perception. The reality is simple: clinicians frequently miss important findings not because the pathology is invisible, but because they do not know what to look for.

This webinar explores ten commonly overlooked CBCT findings that can significantly impact diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical outcomes in endodontic practice. Through real-world cases and practical examples, participants will gain insight into how cognitive bias, satisfaction-of-search, incomplete imaging protocols, and limited pattern recognition contribute to diagnostic errors.

Special emphasis will be placed on subtle radiographic findings that are
